We’re sorry to hear that you’re having problems with your order.
The most common reason for this is because the courier attempted delivery and was unable to obtain a signature for delivery.
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 3 times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us for a full refund. Unfortunately, we can’t send a returned order back out. If you require the items, we would ask you to place another order.
You can check the reason by following the tracking link that was emailed to you in your confirmation email.
Orders returned back to us are automatically refunded unless they contain personalised items. If they are personalised, we will send them out to you a second time.
